West Coast Flow was prompt in contacting us to set up an appointment. They were on time with the appointment, and the work was performed very professionally and courteously. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  West Coast Flow Plumbing Sarasota!  NO HOT WATER!!!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX A RINNAI TANKLESS WATER HEATER.  They do not know how to fix such a unit. THEY GUESS AT A SOLUTION BUT NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEM!

Replaced a perfectly good part, cost $350 not covered under warranty.  This part, did not restore my hot water. Wanted to charge me again for a next visit which did not restore my hot water.  Then to avoid a service charge for this visit, I felt pressured to sign up for their membership for $299.  If I signed up for this membership, I would avoid a service charge for the last visit, which did not restore my hot water.  I signed up to avoid an other service charge for this visit.  DISGUSTING!  AFTER ALL THIS MONEY WAS SPENT  AND PAID TO THIS COMPANY SINCE AUGUST 19, I STILL HAD NO HOT WATER RESTORED‼️. I SHOULD NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS VIST BECAUSE ON THEIR PREVIOUS VIST, THEY DID NOT RESTORE MY HOT WATER‼️. IWAS DONE WITH COMPANY!

Called RT  Moore Plumbing Company and on their first visit they solved the problem WITH MY UNIT!  Moore ordered two defective unit parts, covered under the unit warranty. Came back one more visit and installed the new parts. TOTAL CHARGE $330!  AN ETHICAL PLUMBING COMPANY THAT DOES NOT OT GUESS AT A SOLUTION BUT FINDS A SOLUTION!
Call RT Moore, efficient, ethical and critical thinkers!

ASKED WEST COAST FLOW PLUMBING TO RETURN MY $350 for a part that was unnecessary to solve my problem and never heard from them. Terrible, absent customer service!  Not even an apology for unethical charge I paid.

Very quick response to repair our tankless water heater within hours of receiving the request! Very reasonable price!
